Everyone is familiar with stress, but what we are least familiar with is how to deal with it. In today’s ever changing world, stress is a constant, and unforgiving friend. Although things in our lives are going to occur, we can change our stress response. Melanie Greenberg, psychologist, is sharing her experiences and findings on what to do for stress.
Dr. Risk’s Thoughts
Stress is a huge contributor to illness, and I don’t think I can do enough shows on the options we have to deal with it. Although we are all aware of stress, I often have conversations with people who aren’t dealing with their own stress, or aren’t even aware of the impact it is having on our lives. It’s so important for us all to have “me” time, and I hope that others can realize that before they get ill the way I did.
