Episode Description

Chinese Medicine focuses on looking, asking, listening and touching as its main diagnostic tools. Looking is an art all in itself. Based on ancient Daoist Wisdom passed down through Lillian Bridges’s Chinese family lineage, she has mastered the art of Chinese Facial diagnosis. Faces convey a deep understanding into our health, personality and even our life’s story. This fascinating art can give us insight into what the shape, markings, expressions and features on our face mean for us.

Dr. Risk’s Thoughts

Interviewing Lillian Bridges was an absolute treat.  Having read her book several times in my first years of practice, I loved all the jam packed information.  When I was reading her book, I would analyze my friends’ faces until they got annoyed with me!  Speaking with her was similar, as I just found it so informative, and so interesting!  Our bodies are able to tell us so much about it, and the art of Chinese Facial Diagnosis can help even in your every day life.
