Dr. Robyn Odegaard is a former competitive beach volleyball player and has spent her career using goal-achievement psychology to motive, inspire and focus her clients on achieving success. She is a TEDx speaker and holds a certificate from the Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University. Along with her husband, Russ Bruzzano, they are the co-founders of The Whole Food Muscle Club and co-authors of “How to Feed a Human The Whole Food Muscle Way.”  They focus their clients on reaching ideal weight and health goals using a plant-based diet. They work on helping others take control of their health to bridge the gap between what you want to do and knowing how to actually do it.
