Episode Description

Mental health disorders are on a rise, and medications are known to only numb the pain, and create side effects. Dr. Ramsey uses science based nutrition to help his patients, and now you, turn this around. By choosing nutritious foods this plan can help anyone live their happiest and healthiest.

Dr. Risk’s Thoughts

I have seen the power of food many times over.  A poor diet can create inflammation and a host of symptoms.  I am always baffeled that diet is not included in our conventional health care, and am pleased to see people like Dr. Ramsey approaching mental health from a more sustainable standpoint.  Gut health is the first place to start for anyone.
