Dr. Risk’s Thoughts

I am always looking for different solutions to help my patients get past their emotional traumas.  We don’t realize that we are storing our emotions in our body, and they are causing our discomfort.  There isn’t one cookie cutter way to move past this for anyone, and we are constantly working on this.  When I was reading the book to prepare for this show, I did a lot of the exercises and found them extremely helpful.
